梅花玉雕制工艺

梅花玉因产在汝阳县，曾有汝玉之称。其质地细腻且硬度高，天然色奇，黑、红、绿、蓝、黄、白等多种颜色组成梅花图案。梅花玉内含铁、锌、钠、镁、钾、钙等10多种对人体有益的微量元素及稀土、磁铁等成份。

梅花玉从古发现至今，在人们的生产生活和文化交流中起到了重要作用。特别是解放后，矿区周边村民以打制健身球和烟袋嘴为主，辅以生活零花钱之需。1969年上店乡武文发起创办梅花玉器厂社办企业，之后相继有李聪民、李献国、袁海江、朱保国办起梅花玉工艺厂。他们在工艺传承方面，为文化遗产保护和发展做出了很大贡献。

梅花玉生产工艺流程较为复杂，每道工序都有它的特殊性，这些制作技艺是我国劳动人民长期生活实践的智慧结晶，是一份极其宝贵的历史文化遗产。

Plum Blossoom Jade was once called Ru Jade because it was produced in Ruyang County. The jade is famous in history for its smooth and hard texture and special plum blossom patterns composed of natural colors including black, red, green, blue, yellow and white. Plum Blossom Jade, containing more than 10 beneficial trace elements human,rare earth, magnet and other ingredients, has played an important role in people' s production and living and cultural exchanges since ancient times. After Wuwen of Shangdian Township initiated the establishment of a commune-run enterprise of plum blossom jade ware factory in 1969, Li Congmin, Li Xianguo, Yuan Haijiang and Zhu Baoguo successively set up plum blossom jade craft factories. They have made great contributions to protection and development of cultural heritage in the inheritance of crafts.The production process of Plum Blossom Jade is complicated, and each process has its particularity. These production skills are the long-term wisdom of the life practice of our people, and extremely valuable historical and cultural heritages which contain abundant scientific and technological genes.
